We talk each and every day
and honestly I wouldn't have it any other way
even though you never call me on the phone
you brighten up my day when I am feeling alone.
A personality and your picture is all that I know

you were there for me when I all I could do was cry

We talk about the relationships that we go through
try to help each other figure out what to do
you hold me accountable to God I hope I do the same
a smile fills my face when I hear or see your name

I don't think I'd trade anything for my "time" with you
you make me laugh and smile and most of all think
you tell me so shut up when my ideas really stink
you convict me and put me in my place
