I can’t seem to find my self again
The storms keeps breaking out,
In rivers of pain.
I can’t walk the road seems endless,
And to go blind seem senseless.

I’m in a place I don’t wanna stay
But I am holding in hopes of
Better things are coming my way.
I know for as long as I’ll be strong
There’ll be a morning a new day
That’ll shine even when I’m wrong.

These four walls are slowly closing in
The air is disappearing,
Into nothing.
Dreaming of a place so high,
My wings are broken I can’t fly.

I’m in a place I don’t wanna stay
But I am holding in hopes of
Better things are coming my way.
I know for as long as I’ll be strong
There’ll be a morning a new day
That’ll shine even when I’m wrong.

I can’t see the day for night
Through the darkness I can’t see the light
But I’m standing strong
Through the pain I’m holding on.

Somebody is a Linkin Park fan. "By Myself" is a very cool song.

OMG i was trying to think of a song which i had heard which mirrored the first line of your poem and then scrolled down to see that liz had already beat me to it..damn!...linkin park rock..and if you like em then you rock even more..hahahaha...this piece was good...keep the posts comming..i wanna read more...more says i!!

It sounds like your really in an uncomfortable place but its good that you have a sense of optimism that you can overcome this which is GREAT!
