What ever happened to the childhood day
when all I had to do was go outside and play
the cartoon network with all it's cartoons
now it just seem that time is in my way

Let the music play
Worries for another day
cast your cares away
I'm down with fraggle rock

Sorry had to break into an ole skool song
was that innocence so very wrong
what ever happened to the ninja turtles
In a toy store is where I still belong

Thunder,
Thunder,
Thunder Cats...
HOOOOOO

Opps sorry just another mind slip
can I see another smurf clip
oh it's not any good you say
I watch some cartoons and you flip

I don't want to grow up
I'm a toys R us kid
A million toys
at toys r us

That I could play with now that time is no more time flies so fast you don't know whats in store
like the next episode of rocky and bullwinkle
I just wish things would be like before.

I thought this poem was sweet...it is kinda scary to think we have to grow up one day soon...but then it is also exciting...but i must say, no matter what my age, I will never stop watching cartoons!!

this is SO GREAT!  I love the way you incorporated the theme songs (especially fraggle rock)...dude those were the theme songs of my childhood.  Great work.
