Everyday as I walk down the street
I gaze up at the sun as it
Rains down on me.
People stop and stare at me
Thinking I'm a bit crazy
But little do they know...
I just smile.

Cloudy days take over the world
And frowns pass by as if
No one's heard
The Son has come
To save us all
But little do they know...
I just smile.

And yeah
I gotta love to
Feel this way and
Yeah
I wanna
Live this way
Cuz I know Him
I can
Feel Him...
So I just smile
Smile
Smile...

The whole smiling thing made me smile! Smiling is good for you. So everyone, SMILE!

Nice work... the dwindling line size did wonders for the flow.
As for the message, it's a nice one.  Good, positive tone here.
Nice use of rain as a form of imagery.
