Will I ever see you again?
Your face, your smile, your cute brown eyes?
Will you ever hold me under the stars like you did that evening?
Why must you live so far away and why must I wonder if i'll ever see you again?
I wonder every day and every night about a face i once sought.
What's your real name instead of your nick name?
Will I ever see you again?

I enjoyed the short poem a lot!
Well done!

Interesting post, where you said "what's your real name instead of your nickname" made me think you met this person in a chatroom or something.     Is that the case?

Thanks for the responses!! It's about this guy I met one weekend at a baseball game. He was so perfect but after we sepnt all weekend together and he held me under the stars and kissed me under the stars I wondered if i'd ever see him again. The only thing that could stop my crying was to write about it. I cried fro 3 days and on the 3rd day this is what i felt.

You don't know his real name??
That struck me for some reason...
This was very hert-felt.
Keep writing...
And welcome btw...

thanks everybody!! I don't know his real name b/c nobody calls him by it. Plus when i was with him i wasn't completely thinking straight; besides not asking him his real name i left a 4 year old alone at a park. I learned a lesson...always ask a their name and never leave a 4 yr. old alone at a park!!!
