Hiding.

The feelings swell inside me,
I hide my face once again,
I did not want you to see,
My disgrace and my disdain,

Bury my feelings deep down inside,
You dug them up so they could not hide.

I spend all my time chasing,
But you always turn your back,
My heart I was misplacing,
And it turned it was black,

Bury my feelings deep down inside,
You found out and took them for a ride.

Your incredible beauty,
It won me again,
It was made my duty,
To languish in pain.

Bury my feelings hide them from you,
You dug them up, and left me blue.

Great job Zu!  Simply marvelous!  One of your better ones, and a very good job.     So creative, and it's nice to see you trying new formats!

I enjoyed this one. Very well written.

Good job with this, I really like the ending.

Give her two red roses, each with a note. The first note says "For the woman I love" and the second, "For my best friend."
