The sky, the moon, the heavens above,
There's nothing in this world that compares to your love.

Gentle spring breezes and cold winter nights,
You're kind and so special, the light of my life.

Your sweet soft kisses and warm calming touch,
All remind me of the night you told me I meant so much.

Now days may seem endless and words torn in two,
But nothing can hurt me because, I once loved you.

This is sweet!  Like Albert said, I hope this person knows that you feel this way towards him.
Very nice poem.  I enjoyed the read, as always.

Great job on this poem, Sarah.  It is very simple, and the format is quite admirable in its simplicity.  You pulled it off nicely, it has a wonderful message to it and a great deal of emotion.  I also really love the title.  Excellently done!

Romantic...simple...meaningful...true...

Very nice.

I had a dream once that I could fly and I laughed at everyone and kicked them in the back of the head because they couldn't fly too. :)

Great poem. You have improved so much throughout your time here. I enjoyed this greatly. I wish a girl would a poem like this for me....well cept for the fact that the relationship ended in this poem cuz the love is a memory and stuff.....but great job.

I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust.

I'm in love with my shadow
I admire it daily
