Love is everlasting,
I believe that's true.
The first moment you held me,
I fell in love with you.

I loved your eyes,
I loved your face,
Especially your warm embrace.

You made me feel perfect,
Which I knew I was not.
'Cause, baby, the way you touched me,
Made my heart drop.

It dropped like rain,
It dropped like snow,
It dropped like the tears do,
When you let go.

I never would have hurt you,
and never made you cry.
I loved you,
but now I know, " I love you,"
      ...means, "goodbye."

Judging from ur last few posts you have obviously been hurt by this girl/boy and others aswell, i have a similar problem, the moment i start or get close they always say goodbye. Why we ask ourselves and more importantly them but even with the answer they give us or the answer we come up with isn't the truth and we go on getting hurt again and again but believe me, go single for a while and the people who really care about you will be uncovered

a broken heart is certainly that many people can relate to.  Things will get better and love will find it's way back into your life.  good poem and i hope things get better.

Sometimes, the things that go unsaid are the only things worth hearing.

Good job... I'm still suffering the aftereffects of your other post.  This one didn't hit me as nearly as signifigantly as the other did, but I still enjoyed it.
Hope to see you posting more, but try not to post more than three a day from now on.

I liked this one a LOT, however I felt that the second stanza having only 3 verses while most of the others have 4 killed the flow a bit.
I liked this poem a lot though.

I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust.

I'm in love with my shadow
I admire it daily

This is a great poem.  Ban is right, a broken heart is something that many people can share stories about.  But good luck on the situation.  Keep smiling
Nicely done.
