All around me I see, a world full of plastic people. And I wonder why I can't be, one of those plastic people. But when I see their cold stare, I feel sad for those plastic people. Because they'll never have what I have, they'll always be plastic people. They'll be that way because, they were made to be plastic people. Because they sterotyped someone else, now their forced to be plastic people. And because of all the pain they've caused, they will forever be plastic people. But yet I feel sad for them because, they are not meant to be plastic people. I wish people would stop telling me that I can do anything I want to. I never thought that I couldn't. |

i really liked the concept behind this poem, sometimes i think there are too many people like this in my life. anyway, good work and keep posting. Sometimes, the things that go unsaid are the only things worth hearing. |

You see, youa nd I are two different facets of society, and those plastic people are a few more varieties. The difference between you and us, is that I used to be sorry for them, now I just let them destroy themselves and each otehr, I have no faith in them. But be cool! Great poem!! Very nice allysa. I think you've spoken a lot of good thoughts within this poem. I truly enjoyed it. I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust. |
