Sorry I havnt been around to reply to anything lately... Im surprised I had the time to write this...Ah the goods and bads of love! Enjoy.

'Sonnet IX - Emotions in Motion'

The seasons a' change, as do my thoughts too
For you they regard-- don't be too scared now
Rainbow on you, yellow hair... eyes of blue
Neglection never lived-- I don't disavow
Love and hurt...transpire emotions abrupt
I wish I wished upon your twinkled eye
Riverly words need not flow to erupt
Shake them off, show them a door of good-bye
Walk and talk 'bout lovelier things-- like you
Smells of flowers, an enchanting delight
Your hair like the swayful clouds in eye's view
Just nestling amongst your beautiful sight
The knife called Love, showed it's truthful faces
The soothe called Love, is bringing me places

I never thought that you would ever be the one to let me down. I guess that just goes to show how wrong I always am.

He's a busy man! Have some respect!
Good job on the poem, bro. You and I have to sit down some time and have a good long talk about Iambic Pentameter. It's not as tough as it sounds...
Hope to see you around.

Impressive work here! The imagery, the form, the flow, all perfect! I hope you don't get too busy, I couldn't go for long without reading your sonnets! Thanks for sharing.

I liked this. It was an interesting change from the sugar coated reality we so freely seem to find the need to express.

Ah! He has returned for this brief visit! Well, I have been missing your sonnets. All that I have had is the ones in my library and I needed something new.

This is definitely one of your greater sonnets. You always execute them perfectly. Just look at the last two lines! Very nice, Jer.

Hope to see more of these.
