I want to know what makes you who you are
I want to know everything about you, however bazaar
To unravel your deepest hidden parts and hope
And to know it all, whether I can or cannot cope

Like reading an infinite page book
Nothing can be determined by just one look
And now I seek that chapter in which my heart you stole
That will show to me your very soul

And like the guests a masquerade ball
I want to take off any mask of the hall
And to know whom you really can be
Not matter how much good or bad I see

To gaze into your eyes and see the stars
To know your past, and all the scars
Please Dani, share with me your most hidden life
And help me to help you cope with strife

I want to be there for you, no matter what may come
To help you cope and not to end up numb
We could be two souls bound by love
Our lives futures on the back of a snowy dove

I’ve haven’t used the word love to you before
But I think it’s the only way to explain our rapport
So now I’ve taken maybe too bold a look
But I was told to say this to you by a babbling brook

And in my dreams and among the pines
Tell me that to confess to myself that you are divine
The words are carried always as if on the wind
They push me to words then keep me pinned

Please forgive me if my steps have been too much
I would never want to pressure you, or anything such
So don’t be afraid when I say that it’s true
That the world screams at me to say: I love you

"Some men see things as they are and say why.
I dream things that never were and say why not." ~RFK

Ooh... I thought this was VERY well done, Bryan. The "masquerade ball" part was neat, I thought.
Loved it. Dani will be proud.

If I was Dani I'd never stop smiling after reading this.
It is truly beautiful.
Oh man..it's so sweet...just so nice.

It's going into my library.

Nicely done here!

I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust.

I'm in love with my shadow
I admire it daily
