This morning, my cat unraveled a ball of yarn
As I picked it up, I realized
I am like that ball of yarn
You have to unravel me to find the good
From the outside I appear to be heartless
But that’s only because no one’s ever unraveled me
From the secrets my heart holds
My journal is the only thing I turn to
That won’t laugh at my mistakes
You gotta take my string
And unravel me from my secrets
I’m a ball of yarn
But one ones unraveled me
My heart is where the ball begins
Then it wraps around
Until it’s visible to the outside
I’m not asking for much . . .
Just for someone to unravel me.

i dont know if i should cry because its over, or smile because it happened

Cool, very cool. Sometimes the best parts of ourselves are hard to reveal, we don't want to be uncovered or vulnerable... I believe you will one day find that person, and he will make it so easy to show every piece of you.
