I see you and my heart melts
I feel you and my knees weaken
I taste you and my insides tremble
I know you'll never come back
And just the thought of that
Makes me not want to go on
To shut it all out and never turn back.
I must stay strong.
I will not let on
that I once loved you.

This was very good. The format at the start... "when I do this, this happens"... was interesting.
You did a great job.

that was cool straight from the heart,
Yet to keep it a secret this love shall depart,
I say go for it and if and don't work they have a screw loose

Lead me not into temptation,
I can find the way there mysel

Your poem had a lot of meaning. I understand what you mean about not wanting to tell someone you love them for the fear that they will hurt you.
