What do I do if I am? Most definitely a mistake But if it’s true, I must keep it For it is my child, as well as his But we’ve broken up . . . What will he do? I know that if I am He is the only one That could possibly be the father Will he deny it, or say it’s a lie? I've been dreaming of this, And my abdomen feels fuller Not as soft as it used to be I’m 18, graduating in June, And come October I'll be Fresh outta high school And a single mother . . . But that’s only if My fear is confirmed I cried last night I don’t wanna Be a single Momma . . . But I also don’t want him To come back to me Just because I’m pregnant With his child . . . Whoa... I wasn't prepared for this. Well I thought this poem had some good lines in it. "My abdomen feels fuller..." was a nice one. As for the situation... I can't really give you any advice. But, like Allysa, I can always talk about it if you like. Although I may be the wrong gender to be speaking too.  All I can say is, for now, don't jump to any hasty conclusions. Everything happens for a reason, and even if it doesn't seem that way now, in 5 years, 10 years, whenever, everything always works out fine in the end.
