i know that i whvent been here for a while but agian i have hit a grate bepressing well like my poem

this is my life
knowing that i'm depressed
all my pain
i just supressed

not knowing what to do
i just pushed it down
just letting others
push me around

with no care
just hanging on the wall
and nothing on
but a small shall

hanging with my thoughs
i think of what to call
this depper state of depreshion
i'm so depressed; no understanding at all

no firends that know this
not knowing what to be
i can't stand it
i need someone to set me free

i think of what
has happend to me
not wanting
any one to see

to really know
this life of mine
i just hide it
all the time

so go on with it
but rember
that one day
in desember

when you jumped
off that rough
we all know
know the truth

that when you left
and i was alone
you hit your self
with that stone

and seeing you
in that bed
in the hospittle
molding like bread

i sat there
all that time
only wondering
whats me crime

i write poems all the time and i post them for all of you. some times i write 4or 5 a day and then sometimes just one and i post the one that i like

Well it looks as if you're going through a tough time. I hope things do get better. hang in there.
