Every day gets harder holding up this make believe smile. Wishing someone loved me, that maybe I could be their universe. Perhaps a friend would unexpectedly call, simply to bid hello. For once I wouldn't be everyones support, they'd let me fall so they could catch me. How is it that I'm always so alone, even while someone holds me tight? Maybe this heart is fated to be alone, deserted by all those treasured within. Every day is spent hopeing for personal love, so that I can deal only recieving love from me... ~The price of finding love is to eventually lose it. When I wish on a falling star, I wish not for material goods but to show kindness to others and be content with what the world may offer me~ ~Maitay Mirabel Litton~ |

I thought this was great. I know how you feel in this one. I really connected with it. I too feel lonely even when held tightly.....Sometimes it's just not the right kind of hold I guess.  I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust. I'm in love with my shadow I admire it daily |
