When you were here, I was just having fun, Just a fling, Frivolous... for I knew you'd leave me. I found everything wrong, I took it all for granted, I crushed you, Toyed with your heart. Never meant to hurt you, Never meant to love you, Somehow, though, I've managed both. Now talking long distance, To my love, with a new girl, I find myself so sorry... So helpless to change yesterday. Listening to questions in my mind, Will you ever return? Can your heart ever find mine? Now, just pleading for another chance. For the only guy I could imagine spending my life with... "I'm a big, big, girl, in a big, big world, it's not a big, big thing if you leave me, but I do feel, that I will miss you much..." I know, playing with someone's emotions is wrong. I never meant to act that way. I was kind of trying to weasel my way out of feeling for someone I knew would leave me anyway... I kind of regret that now... hopefully everything happens for a reason. That's an amazing poem. I really love that. The procession of the thoughts is like a slope. At the top in the beginning: somewhat superior, almost kinda regal. The middle: the turnaround is evident, but the feelings are yet to foolw. And in the end, it's just amazing, such pleading. It's fantastic if you ask me. "Some men see things as they are and say why. Nice one Jenn... I only have time to read a couple of poems and I'm glad I chose this one. it's really amazing. I'm very sorry for the situation though. Regret can really tear ya up, so do your best not to let. Hey this really sucks!!!! Not the poem, but the situation. I thought the poem itself was expressed wonderfully. Nice job on it, but seriously this must have sucked for you AND him. Having your emotions toyed with is just the worst.... Good luck with the future!  I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust.
