Leaves of Hearts

Serated edges
Passion's colors overcome
Flaunting leaves of hearts

So long as men can breathe or eyes can see,
So long lives this, and this give life to thee." W.S.

Good job! I think that it is interesting how you worded it...
"leaves of hearts"
Pluralizing each one. Made me think as though you were referring to a group of people.
Challenge well met.

Nicely done here........I actually liked this one haha....haiku's......very hard to write in my opinion.

PS~ Happy day after Valentine's Day!!!

How come it is so easy for a person to say "I hate you," but it is so difficult for someone to say "I love you" and really mean it????

Acire:

This haiku is an interesting blend between technical aspects of nature and the overal properties of it. I think it's quite an impressive poem.

I agree with the others, this is good. I'm going to ask you for permission to publish this in Digital Passions. Just let me know!
