I hide my inner me.
Hoping people will like my outside better.
No one likes that either.
No one likes me.
I'm a good person.
I'm sweet.
I'm nice.
I'm polite.
I'm obedient.
I can't understand.
I thought people liked good people.
Is being mean necessary?
Is being unloving and rude necessary?
Hoping one day to be understood.
Hoping there is some one out there who will.
Wanting a friend who values the inside of me.
In which the inside I like to hide.
Is that some one you?

I hope you all can be nice and caring to your family's. Because mine are rude and just plain mean.

This was nice and yea i get along with my family just fine. My mother is my best friend.....my dad is cool with me....my 31yr old sister is kick butt......and my 21yr old brother......he's a case but we usually stay out of each other's way.
hehe....nice one here.

I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust.

Heh, Alas but I do not get along with my family at all, other than my mother (most of the time) and my six month old nephew.

I thought this poem was very nice (but then I think all poetry is good

). My personal theory is that, while there is an unlimited amount of love in the world, many people have forgotten how to love. I hope that you may find someone who can remember how.

I really liked this....It makes me think about my friend Kelly and her family. I'm lucky to have a loving family. Two wonderful parents who I have never seen raise their voices at each other....Then there is my bratty brother, he bugs the hell out of me but I love him anyways. Not very many kids are lucky to have a loving and caring family.

This was great..i agree with everyone else. And my Mom is and has always been my bestfriend. i tell her EVERYthing, even stuff i shouldn't. BUT i dont even talk to my dad or his side of the family. My brother and I NEVER got along about anything..we just stayed outa each other's way. but since he moved out...we're cool now. its just weird..you'll see

Cat, I know u and yur mom don't get along all the time, but I think I missed something last night b/c I didn't talk to you. Anyways, you know yur my best friend and I wouldn't want you to be any other way than your true self! You know I love ya!!! LYLAS!!

Sorry to hear about this.

It can be amazingly hard to get along with your family. My mom and I used to get on each others' case quite often, but we get along OK now. Hope that everything will work out for you!

i have a lot of questions with regards to your parent, but i can't ask them here.
plus i don't really want to pry intoyur personal life
all i can say is, "parents will always be parents --- we might disagree w. them evrynow and then, but all they're doing is for us to be better"
i guess they worry to much
