The Way They.... The way they hate me when i try and stop racism The way they snicker and shun me because I'm not as smart as them but most of all the way they turn to me, when someone hurts them like they hurt me So when they turn to me they expect me to stand up for them, make my speechs on human rights and philosophy loaded with praise and disgust, but most of all i'm just mocking them The way you love to make me smile when everyone else is making me out to be a dounce the way i love you back when the world gives us both the cold shoulder. This is a really sad poem Regina. Isn't it funny though that the people who hurt you the most always come to you for help when they need it? I'm happy for you that you found someone who understands what you are going through. This was a nice one regi, but kinda sad how people turn their back on you and then expect you to give a hoot when they are in trouble.............oh well.  I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust. I'm in love with my shadow I admire it daily |
