what is happening here?
i see anger, bitterness
and lots of computer tears
how could this pleasent place
carry such great hatred?
I cam here for a refuge, but all
I am finding here, is another war
i do not want to be a part
wether it be foe or friend

I fear that I have missed much
while being away from this dear
place, what is happening here?
do tell me. do not tell me gossip
tell me the truth, for I would
not like to leave this refuge from
the world

There has just been a lot of rule-breaking and others not respecting people's feelings.
It is sad, I know. It's just completely crazy.

Yup, we've had alot of problems lately, and its so sad, to see so many new members joining, and not being able to see what we did when we first joined Teens.

Regina, your words are taken very much to heart. It's been a very chaotic week for everyone here ... the many sincere teen poets who care so very much for this haven, and the moderators who do everything we can to moderate this special place. It's been difficult on everyone this past week.

Some members had forgotten that we are "guests" in Ron's home. He has allowed us the priviledge of being a part of this small community, and in turn, asks for adherance to certain rules and guidelines that make this the warm and comfortable place where we can all feel welcome.

Unfortunately, some chose to forget that they were "guests", and ignored this, causing frustration and anguish among so many others who uphold the warmth and friendship that truly makes Passions the haven that it is.

We will continue to monitor, admonish and ban those that choose not to follow the guidelines. All this, for the simple fact that we "all" wish to be able to be a part of this poetic community, share our thoughts, our hearts, and friendship amongst "family".

As guests, we each have a right to feel comfortable in Ron's home. Should anyone see an issue arise, please contact us via the "alert button" at the top of the screen. This will contact "all" Teen Moderators including Ron, and hopefully, one of us will be available to address the issue expediently.

Please do not feel disheartened, you have many fellow poets who weathered the storm, and behaved admirably, and to each of you ... I thank you for your maturity and your sense of wisdom.

Best wishes,
/Kit

there will always be a trying time for someone or something
i know that it must feel real bad to see this happen in a place like passions,
but i guess even passions is not immune to such things
thanks to Ron and the other moderators, seems like we have everything back to, or at least close to being normal
i think we shouldn't worry so much, cause this is still the same place from when we joined......it hasn't change even thru trying times
So, don't worry too much and let's keep posting and replying
hope to see you posting again

It is quite disheartening, I can agree to that.  Most of us work so hard to make this place friendly and enjoyable to all, and then a few people have to try and ruin it.  Keep your chin up, as will I and everyone else here who loves Passions for the haven that it is.  We'll get everything all fixed up.

Hey Ina:
I recently just came back as well. And I too find it very different now. So many new memebers and not so many that give feed-back for everyone's talented work. I too was a little frustrated by this but if this a place for sharing then I will contribute to it and give back my share. Hope everyone can do the same. Thankz...good luck Ina!

Lotsa Love,
Angel
