The days go by,
(no word from you)
still the hours creep by,
(no word from you)
I wonder why
(there's no word from you)
I can't believe
(there's no word from you)

I've waited,
(still there's no word from you)
I've wanted,
(no word from you)
I've waited,
(still no word from you)
I love you
(but there's no word from you)
Tell me why
why are you silent?
(there's no word from you)
Just tell me the truth.
(so I can lie)
Please tell me
(lie about how much I don't love you
when I do)
I want you to tell me
(please don't tell me)
Tell me you don't love me
(tell me you do)
Tell me you don't love me
(tell me you love me)
Tell me now.

The duality within this poems shows the truth of what we say and think. We say one thing, yet think another.
Very nice depiction of this.

I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust.
