The snow is falling everywhere
And covering up my long blonde hair.
Walking along I stick out my tongue
Remembering I did this when I was young.

Watching the snow come down faster,
All over the lawn it does plaster.
In an attempt to make something neat
We start on a snowman with funny looking feet.

After we're finished, the snowman's complete
My hand is in yours as we walk down the street.
All lined with decorations, and lights galore
The streets are more beautiful then they've ever been before.

This winter with you is one I'll remember,
For years to come, and every December.
But this one is special through and through
It's given me the chance to get to love you.

I always liked a poem that takes a major twist in the end.  This one wasn't a love poem until the last line, and that made me enjoy it so much more.
Great job on this one.

Sweet poem. I liked it a lot. Nice ending.

I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust.

I'm in love with my shadow
I admire it daily

i agree with Allan
this poem is very enjoyable
And it is different in a way compared to all the other poems
It's not a poem on how much or why a person is loved
It's a poem on how you came to love a person.
Very nicely done sugarpie313
