Great idea, Jeremy!  Okay, let's give it a go!  Everyone write a Senryu about the day of your birth!
(for those who don't know, senryu format is as follows--
5 syllables
7 syllables
5 syllables
now get crackin'!)
Here's mine--
"November 6, 1984"

glamour glows with greed
gremlinesque is this small child
one more mouth to feed

That's mine!  Now all of you, a Senryu about the day of your birth!  What you think occurred, what you KNOW occurred, anything special about this day.
Floor's open. ~_^

My birthday sucks.
