Have you ever faced the darkness ~*~ Unaware of all it veils…. Bruised and broken From the blows Dealt by the angry hands of time…. Tired and weary ~ lost in pain ~ Footsteps walking through The blindness Guided by the eyes of faith… The soft and tender lips of hope Kissed sacred teardrops falling… Liquid voice of pain that’s calling…. Silent whispers of torment ~ * ~ Vanish from dreams ~ * ~ Awaken us....... From yesterday’s nightmares Within this cocoon Of betrayal’s despair Deceitfully persuading us ~*~ That all life encompassed... All that it promised... All that awaited... All that was ~*~ and all that will ever be... Surrounded us in this tomb of emptiness. ~*~ shhhhhhhhhh ~*~ ~*~ Mercy’s angel beckons you ~*~ In silence ~ put your fears to rest…. Your wings were made ~ to fly…. Butterflies transformed from bondage… On velvet wings…they grace the sky…. ~*~ Transformation ~*~ In those times you’ve faced the darkness ~*~ So aware of all it veils…. Slowly healing ~*~ From the blows ~*~ Dealt by the angry hands of time…. Reborn, intently focused…. Fluttering carelessly In the abyss of deliverance Spoken in redemption’s heartbeat ~*~ That fills your body with angelic music…. Played softly by the violins of hope…. As silent whispers of torment ~ * ~ Are banished from dreams ~ * ~ Yesterday’s nightmares Are forgotten in the Embraces of God’s promises…. By the blood of love that signified Our destiny... That all life encompassed... All that it promised... All that awaited... All that was ~*~ and all that will ever be... Surrounded us in this gift of fulfillment. In silence ~ put your fears to rest... Your wings were made ~ to fly... Butterflies transformed from bondage... On velvet wings ~*~ they grace the sky... ~*~ <3 ~*~ <3 ~*~ <3 ~*~ (...when you feel you’re all alone... Look above, and softly say... Greater is He ~ that is within me... ...And He will take the pain away...) |
