Throwing Me Crumbs

I’m biting my tongue
She’s still throwing me crumbs
Please someone stop me from swallowing
If I react, if I respond
This circle will go round again
Someone saner than me, please stop this
Disconnect the lines of communication
Shock treatment may be well advised
I will give you power of attorney
Over my heart, certainly my mind
Just suggest to me
That I’ve had a nip…or two
I know exactly what she will do
If I react, if I respond
She will be gone
Before my passion can even settle
I need now to heed my own advice
Need to learn from my own mistakes
Someone saner than me, please tell me
This time…I am right

JLR, I work for attorneys, the document you want is a click away...

I am so sorry if this stems from the real, but I must say...a good write.

You're right!!!!!! Bravo for you!

Stepping off that well beaten track is taking a step towards freedom and something better.

Extremely well written.

The greatest part of a writer's time is spent in reading, in order to write; a man will turn over half a library to make one book.

often the attraction of
the circle turned rut lies
in its familiarity even pain
expected we sometimes choose

before we risk and launch the
real seperaton which is the very
hardest part that wailing inside us
we so many things but ultimately a heart

Come on my friend time for a new direction
as said before someday you will only
remember it not feel it time to walk
a different path and lean when needed

we are all just human we all feel it
and see so much easier from the outside
to see what is needed give in to heart
it bleeds but all wounds heal eventually

"Be your own hero. Save your interior landscape. As in all mythos the blight can be defeated and the land turned back to freedom and fertility.

Love should and, with the right one, a feast for the soul. No hunger afterwards and you can even lick the chin or your lover!!!!!! I enjoyed this.

Thank God, most of us learn from our mistakes. Keep a clear mind, my friend. Many emotions, well expressed!

A quarter of a century must pass, for the writer to understand what and why he writes.

JLR, if this is true, I'm so sorry. A lot of emotions throughout this one. You did a great job expressing yourself. Take care.
