Rainbow Dancer’s Serenade Of The Spring
By: Noah Eaton
3/18/01

“Under the morning skies, I call my name out to you
Among the meadows I stand, with arms open to your embrace
Over the mountains and across the oceans of desire
Finally I have found you, our separate hearts melting together as on, making worth the wait

Myriads of butterflies soar between us, clouds of sparrows weaving together our love’s song
All of the creatures of nature rise and shine to the leprechaun’s fiddle riff of spring, grouping in happy droves
Blue bonnets blossom as your eyes light up, singing to the lively azure skies
I can feel your soft voice caress my cheek, like the wintergreen wind that paints this romantic grove

Beneath the cherry blossom sunrise, I can see spring flourish when you are close to me
Watch the hummingbirds swim about in the morning skies, a gloriole of rainbow light waking the young
Glory-of-the-snow here to sparkle within the passionate poppy sun, winters heart spared to glisten
I will always be here, to warm the chill of your winters yearning with the love our spring has brung

Watch the chipmunks flatter the squirrels, as Nature’s mischievous youngsters scramble for the first ripened acorns
Honeybees playfully emerge from single file, young sweet tooths kissing the buttercups
Sucking the sweetness of life, your love to me is sweeter than anything
You are my sweetheart, you are the sweetest part of my life, love

Laying with you on the jasmine grass, watching the heather canopy sway gently above us
You wreath me in paradise, singing in rapture like the young robin in the cherry tree
Melting as one in the awakening of spring, the season of life and birth
Mother Nature blushing in love, her smiles lighting all her flora and fauna naturally

I will share this world with you forever, my love
May we forever walk like April, sing like May, dance like June
I promise you an eternal spring, as we hold hands together in this magical wedding
You are my spring, you are the love of my life, my heart will always be with you…
