Springtime Is Near

Springtime is near..
The flowers are on their way.
Come hold my hand, dear,
Let’s celebrate today!

The flowers are on their way.
We’ll plant roses for all to see.
Let’s celebrate today!
Look for blossoms to open free.

We’ll plant roses for all to see.
In April we’ll have some showers,
Then beauty will shout inside of me.
By May we’ll see the new flowers.

In April we’ll have some showers.
Come hold my hand, dear.
By May we’ll see the new flowers.
Springtime is near..

This was very nice and I love the repetition of April and May, very classic poetry and beautiful. Although its kinda cold down here in my part of the south, I know spring is on the way.

don't know how you do it, like there's nothin' to it,
you just look my way...
you come a little closer, I lose my composure, don't know what to say.
