This is one of my old favorites...Being the perfectionist that I am, I slightly revised this one a tiny bit...anyways, I hope y'll enjoy it! The wind is blowing and dark clouds, is showing. Like an angry beast, the sky growls, with more fierceness, than a wolf's growl. Lightning is streaking across the skies, with such a passion that belies. The earth must be mad at someone cause, she's brought out dark clouds and covered up the sun. Her heart, must be filled with grief and pain because, the dark clouds, is fixing to release the rain. My heart goes out to mother earth because, I love her and I came from her dirt. Man, what a crisis, I hate to see her like this as my heart, is filled with such sadness and my soul, is trapped in a whirlpool of blackness. The wind velocity has increased as, the clouds look like black sheets. The lightning has extended to the ground as the thunder, has reached deafning sounds. Finally, the rain is pouring from the skies as all the pain, ventilations, and frustrations, is steadily pouring from her eyes. And all of her emotions, are pouring down on me, causing me to feel, more downbeat. Man, I feel like dying and I'm not lying cause, mother earth, is deeply hurt, and she's crying. today the earth is crying and each and every star has teardrops strung through beads of light from near as far as far today the moon is weeping and shadows in the sky are clouds filled up with tear filled sadness in wails of wonder why i am in the constellations reflections of the tears my chest torn out my heart apart by jabs and jolts of spears i'm crying with the earth today i'm crying with the moon the universe is crying i sing its mournful tune..... thank you for the read.... sorry to piggyback on you... your verse was lovely |
