hide now tonight moon
reveal not this heart in pain
let the darkness heal

shelter from the light
this soul, devoid of love
longing to be filled

cover me darkness
let me know in light's absence
the secrets of love

Now, Sven you cannot have any fun in the dark. You know in the dark you might hear evil spirits telling you ageless love secrets and don't listen to them, Sven I mean it, they lurk there and wait for the moon to dissolve behind a thick cloud and then they pounce on you and do you know what happens when you get the wrong information on love! My God, the entire chemistry is affected, your horoscope goes out of whack and you can't even think straight. Please, please wait for the sun, and then and only then will you be a hunk a hunk of burning love!!!!!!!!!!!

So sadly beautiful. I love the way you write. If Doreen tells you the secrets will you tell me? Ha!

Tis a quiet lonely pain you write of, and you express that with a sincere true heart. And that is what writing should be. I compliment you.

After years of searching, I have found I am nothing more, nothing less...I am in truth Just A Woman after all.

Truly wonderfully written!

A quarter of a century must pass, for the writer to understand what and why he writes.

Sven don't depend on darkness to tell you the secrets of love. It's so much more fun with the lights on.

This was sweet, Sven. A subject that on certain days I believe I am beginning to give up on.

Wow - senryus penned to perfection. I felt both hope & sorrow in this poem for the search of love's meaning, something we cannot never truly know of. Yes, sometimes we can only see the light when darkness falls upon us. I relate entirely, in fact, you've inspired me to pen a darker poem (maybe I can find healing in the dark?!).

Take care,
Melissa~
