My love will blossom
Like the first flower
That spring offers up
To signal the rebirth
Of another season

It will bask wholly
In the sun’s warm
Penetrating rays
Seeking nourishment
From Mother Earth

My love will flow
Gently washing over you
Like a cool stream
On a hot summer’s day
Quenching your thirst

Some days though
It will rage strong
Like the mighty river
Sweeping you along
On passion’s current

My love will soothe
All the hurt inside
Like an aromatic balm
Covering your heart
Healing from within

It will set your soul free
To play with the angels
High above the clouds
Once you’ve spent a night
In my sheltering arms

My love will keep watch
Over you as you sleep
Like the glowing moon
Looking down from above
Smiling from heaven

It will make your dreams
Come true for those moments
We are all alone
Burning as bright
As a million stars

My love will never end
As long as there is breath
Left in my body
And my heart beats
In rhythm with yours

It will give you hope
When the rest of the world
Seems to let you down
My love will lift you up
Until the sun sets on your life

Only then will I cease
To return the love
You have so freely
Given to me
When I needed it most

Written with a very gentle hand and a very open giving heart. Tender and full of love. Beautiful for a Monday morning, thank you!

After years of searching, I have found I am nothing more, nothing less...I am in truth Just A Woman after all.

Passion and then healing from within, this is what real love is all about. This is Hallmark material without question! You have to love someone deeply to write like this and I must say, this made my Monday morning. Exceptional writing and so enjoyed. Kate

Wynter . . . Thank you, and we all should be so lucky to have such a friend in our lives I think.

Just A Woman . . . You are welcome and I am always happy to get someone's day off to a good start.

Charisma . . . Thank you. They just seemed to keep on flowing. Glad you liked the result.

Kate . . . That is a picture of true love for sure. Not sure about love, but he has never let me down. The friendship means a great deal to me. Thanks!

SEA . . . You always say it so well. Thank you much.

Kathleen . . . Thank you sweetheart.
