Many times along this journey
We feel forsaken ~ and alone...
In search of serenity’s doorway
Where life’s sacred mirror stands in it’s
Mystical majesty
Awaiting to reveal a single moment
Of reflection...
That will erase the emptiness
Pleading for mercy’s company
Beneath the stars above
Frolicking in secrets that
My soul searches relentlessly to understand
And to touch ~ if only long enough to believe.

Beneath the vastness of something
So powerful ~ * ~ * ~
That holds all of this together...
So perfectly ~ * ~ * ~
The hand that sets the sun when darkness
Must embrace the horizon
As her invasive curtains on the windows of the universe are drawn tightly...
Offering glimpses into Heaven’s floors
Through the eyes of the stars and the moon.

~ * ~ Suddenly ~ * ~

The emptiness once aching inside of me
Has vanished...
Reassurances tenderly erased through
Silent conversations of creation
Surrounding me like a blanket of tranquility...
Holding me close enough to
Feel the heartbeats of dreams
That once died in my arms
As yesterday watched in vain...
Wiping teardrops of lost hope from her eyes...

~ * ~ Somehow ~ * ~

Tonight...beneath the vastness
Of life that beckons me to be strong...
Time’s symphony sings verses
That remind me how to dream...
And embrace me in the caresses of my purpose in this
life...
And I know that despite the emptiness
That stalks us...
The pain that devours our inspiration…
The fear that destroy our bridges into dreams….

~ * ~ We are never alone ~ * ~

And time is waiting for our realization
Of our significance...
Before the book of life is finished...

The author is waiting...
No more teardrops...
How high can we fly?

~ * ~ We are never alone ~ * ~

Author's Note:
I'm so happy to be here....this one's for you,

Martha~
Welcome to Passions family of friends and poets.

A lovely piece you've chosen to enter our circle with -

'And to touch ~ if only long enough to believe.'

Yes, we touch and in doing so -
find that we are never alone.

~*Mysteria*~ has introduced you well ...
we look forward to reading much more from you.

Dear Martha,

Whatever did I do without you? And why did we meet? For what purpose? All things I have time to find answers to thanks to you! This is my favorite:

The emptiness once aching inside of me
Has vanished...
Reassurances tenderly erased through
Silent conversations of creation
Surrounding me like a blanket of tranquility...
Holding me close enough to
Feel the heartbeats of dreams
That once died in my arms
As yesterday watched in vain...
Wiping teardrops of lost hope from her eyes...

You are my blanket of tranquility in my storms and even that thought alone, makes me know this - I am never, ever alone!

Bless you for this poem you wonderful lady. This was truly one of your lovliest.

You will be forever held in my heart.

No there is never an alone
except in blind or choosing
all the worlds a dream awaiting
only the living artists hands

unless through whithered eyes
the canvas of life defiled implodes
so readily there is no seeing but
the bursting of cataracts revealing

A very nice introductory poem.
My compliments.
