When my soul is flying blind, he is my cabin of emotional safety. In the wind, he is my freshness My tears welcome it's own rainbow when we are together talking and sharing. He is the aftermath of a storm that leaves peace encircling me. He's every particle of sand that sifts through my heart in understanding storing for time the words I've written and the thoughts I've entrusted him with. I honor his heart, for inside of mine is a small seed he planted but soon a climbing vine that grows toward the sun. I carry his strength with me daily, pray for him constantly, never judging, never questioning I just bask in the friendship and thank God for it. He is my abiding place, my port, my harbor and my resting place. But he is also excitement, passion, thrill, butterflies in the stomach and warm, rosy cheeks! He is my friend. Sounds like you have a good frend there loved it  Don't ever give in, if you do you've lost everything you've ever had and everything you hope to gain, but if you carry on your already winning. |
