People die, I've seen enough, People are cruel, Acting big and tough. People kill, What's the point? People hate, Look at him, smoking a joint. People fear, If they'd just stop and see, People abuse, This, I hope, will not be me. People pretend, How many believe? People cry, Mourn and grieve. People hunt, Don't know what to find, People are strange, Makes one want to lose one's mind. People are people, Can't help what they are, People are human, Sometimes humans go too far. Shouldn't be able to miss what you never had...so why do I miss her so? |
