"In Ages"

By: Not Me

I have not written in ages
Although I’ve mounds of pages
When they fall they dot my eye
And across my tee splashed some dye
From the ink in my old pen
There I’ve lost the words again
From my heart the ink is leaking
To write them down in need of tweaking

I have not written in ages
Blank pages line birdcages
The parrots don’t utter verses
Only words of sailors curses
When they poop I don’t get mad
I read their work it ain’t half bad!
I pay them all minimum wages
They quickly fill up all the pages
And although it’s all manure
Its message is strong and pure
To the birds I am indebted
Every work here you have read it
Although I’ve not written in ages
My poems sprinkle all these pages
And if you don’t like the words
I guess I’ll hafta shoot the birds!

*lol* hmmm may try, does it work.

Don't ever give in, if you do you've lost everything you've ever had and everything you hope to gain, but if you carry on your already winning.

This is very highly entertaining! I would like a copy for my favorites folder, okay?

You gave me a giggle with which to start the day. Thanks, walt!

Ok Walt, I have one question.
Who taught the birds
to say dirty words?

I like how you think of a subject and jest write and CD-Rite and CD-ReWrite! I like the blank pages lining bird cages and the indebtedness (if thats a werd)to your audience. Are both your ii's dotted and are all yer tee's crossed? OK, leak some more of that ink from your heart and allow us to get smart once again from reading your art.
later,
ps start studying for GEOL
