Moonlight

Moonlight creeps in
Casts shadows
Where tiny creatures
Stepped through the snow

Moonlight
Turns beautiful
The sculptures
Left by shovels

Moonlight
Enhances
All it touches

Your eyes
Your smile
Your love

The first duty of love is to listen.

Ahhhhhhhh, *soft sigh*, that is love!

To hold tomorrow we must first be willing to let go of yesterday.

You must be lookin' at that same full moon through clear skies that I've been seein'. Thank the Lord, we've no snow here though. Mornings look a little frosty though.

Bill--Yes, moon glow changes the way things look, but I think that it is your eyes that have made them beautiful. I love the simple pleasure of this poem!

Lovely!

A quarter of a century must pass, for the writer to understand what and why he writes.

Wilfred, your poem brings to life rich images and thoughts, both visually and viscerally. Thank you for it.
