One Kiss from You One kiss from you Muscles tight for months, relax Brain cells frayed to near end, are soothed Doubts just beneath my skin, subside Breath kept in check, escapes One kiss from you Life random, nonsensical, now defined Beauty just beyond my grasp, lies skin to skin Truth so difficult to hear before, retold Questions of love long forgotten, answered with One kiss from you |

The definition of a kiss is- touching with lips, but I think that the souls actually touch with a kiss. JLR, your poem captures the physical and emotional outcomes of kissing, greatly, well done! A quarter of a century must pass, for the writer to understand what and why he writes. |

I had to bump this......just because I like to see it at the top of my page! Oh what a kiss can do, if it's from that one person. Nice one, JLR! After years of searching, I have found I am nothing more, nothing less...I am in truth Just A Woman after all. |
