There is this hollow-empty which can not be defined. It is lying deep within my heart and deep within my mind. The cross of a friendship lost, some days seems to much to bear. Conversations lost, conversations missed in waitings, needing to be shared. Words and memories that could never be shared with another, never appreciated, these still hold true. And no more splendid times were spent then those times spent in talking with you. As I sit here remembering our talks and the gentle poetry of your face. I am profoundly and painfully aware no other could ever take your place. But, how dare I have the right to miss your memory! And leave me to curse and wonder why this is life's path which was chosen to be. |
