Arresting Anxiety

You're right, I have to do it now
not matter how my mind
tells me different stories
to keep me a bit off line.

I have to make the moves I need
And not let thoughts distract.
The past is over, there's much ahead,
I have to keep on track.

My heart is beating, racing now
it fights me on each breath.
Anxiety attacks at will
I need it put to death.

The worries, they are always there
but never can I see.
Won't let them get to me this day,
that old anxiety.

So sighing, if I need some air
and stepping strong this morn,
your words have helped me understand
my thoughts must be reborn.

My thanks to you, you know you're one,
a friend, who means so much.
For each small guide in words to me
brings warmth of thoughts that touch.

thank you..huggzzzzzz

thanks Dee, I just hope it's enough today to get me going, I tried yesterday and failed and can see that negative beast trying to get a hold on me once again, making it hard to sleep or to move forward and I just want him arrested and jailed for life...can you do that with a symptom?..Oh well. I'll try my best anyway..thank you...it's really more than one friend that is trying to help me...they do it in many ways...but this one is kinda special...~S~
