Two amongst many
Quickly become
One amongst none
As my eyes see
Only you
And as our gazes lock
We are carried away
Far above this earth and
Tears of tragedies below,
Above sighs of frustration,
And the unhappiness of others
Far above the chaos we call
Life...to Heaven.
Where we are finally alone
Free from distractions of
The real world
And in one all our own.
Even if we are simply
One amongst many.

Story Behind This One: I went to my gram's this morning before school like I always do and found a stack of pictures on my kitchen table. One of my aunt and uncle caught my eye for some reason. This is what came of it.

Sometimes the little telling behind the inspiration brings that much more realism to a lovely write....

as this did!
