Deliriously Me

One time I had a Peeping Tom,
such a nice name to use.
He peeped in here, he peeped in there
trying to light his fuse.
Well he peeped in wrong direction
for this one, dressed to keep warm,
and when the snow lay all around
this peeper just got stormed,
and left his footprints 'round the house.
How stupid could he be???
And print to print led state police
to the house, the one of he.
Admit not he, to this crazy act
of fear, he brought this one.
But next thing that I learned was that
his marriage, then was done.

Another time, my doorbell rang
my afghan hound, then barked
forewarned me trouble lay ahead,
I looked out into dark.
Some stupid man had thought that
during steamy summer heat,
my screen door was the only one.
He was hungry, wanted 'eat'.
So broke his arm, when he pushed in
and thought the glass was screen,
how crazy things keep happening
to this one, called Maureen.

I could keep this going for at least
a page or just a few
but 'mind you' have this fever here
that's making me see two.
So I just thought I'd leave these words
such strange events you see
and now must climb back into bed,
I'm Deliriously Me...

Strange things happen to you. So watch out for next it will be a UFO landing on your roof. Will they take you on a ride, doesn't matter, cause with your fever who will believe you. We'll all just laugh and say just another story from Delirious Maureen.

no one has had more odd things happen to them than me loved this one.
