i sip my drink...
touch the glaze
on windows

with one finger
play God
change images

just a touch
makes icy eyes
drip water

hard faces
thaw
in streams

i sip my drink...
fingers numb

Godlike

Oh the ice on the window art.....I fell into this picture all the way...amazing what that warm finger can create....and there you are quite pleased and Godlike......well you should be happy with yourself....I really enjoyed this so much....ethome

This required more than one read. This is very deep poetry, it's refreshing to read something that makes me think and this truly did. If I could analyze, I believe that would take something away from it, so I won't do that, I just read it over and over....

On the third read I really saw a wonderful message coming forth. This is beautiful, N.C. I'm so glad I popped in before choir rehearsal. Beautiful! Oh, I said that.

This reminds me very much of another writer I know elsewhere...masterfully succinct. Thanks for it.
