Purgatory, Last Staircase, Up

Roaring inside waiting watching
Each moment subdued inspiration searching
Desires heat unleashed in passions roaring

Touch the sparks inferno awaiting too long
Held within in check a brilliance white intense
Eyes near all turn away from molten emotions

Flaming leap into night skies yet a simple spark
Is not always easily found to fuel a heart song
Rent of old impaled as sighs tears quench dampening
Emotive brazier what torch to light Edens eternity
