The doves descended home.
They found no place in here.
With you no peace they found.
In pain, they left you behind.
No matter, how much you try,
past times, they cannot lie.
The wind just threw, the doves
against the bitter shore. Where
rocks just stood their ground,
its edges claiming their souls.
The doves descended home. They
came and left in shame. Your spirit
they tried to hide. But you kept
it at guard. Avoiding their
helping hand. The more they lift
you up, the more you fight them
off. The doves descended home
now alone for them you hope.

Hi Walker,

I have read this a couple of times, but can't seem to get the whole meaning and I would love to understand what you are trying to convey in this piece,

Love, Cerenity
