The Mountain of Tears

A mountain awash in a trail of tears,
the well-worn path lined in fears
of failure,
regret,
and all mortal woes.
The climb goes higher each step a rose
in the garden of hope,
where dreams do compare,
with the wings of butterflies,
light in the air
lifting, rising,
as each new soul nears,
the top of this mountain,
awash in tears.

Sometimes, it does take a few tears sometimes a river, but to get to the top of the mountain, to feel the freshness of the mountain air a renewal, makes you feel revived.

This is sadly beautiful, yet hopeful and so true to life!   Into the library this goes.

Take care,
Melissa~

I have, I've walked that road each time; that's where my angel sleeps

seraphin, you show hope through the tears.
"where dreams do compare,
with the wings of butterflies,"
This sounds like a place I'd like to be.

'each step a rose
in the garden of hope'

See it ? ... see it ?
... this is what I'm talking about~

I step the roses with you
reaching that garden of hope eternal~
