Life sneaks up on us
and we never feel the sting
until we see our heart's blood
unexpected and blue
spill upon our sleeves
right from the veins
because don't you know
that's where our heart's blood
belongs.

Heat
no heat
heat
no heat
dialates the pupil
and makes your desert eyes water
to gather on your pillow...
the real river styx
with no passage possible
and winter will
never be relieved.

It's all black and white
black
white
life
death
life and death combined
like a film noir
playing for the hundredth time,
you know the ending
and stay for the credits
anyway.

Stay for my credits,
don't walk out yet...
maybe there is a part
you missed on veiw number
97
98
99
you know the part where she says
"wait, don't go"
and he doesn't hear her.

That's right all this time
she DID say it
and he
you
him
we
didn't pay attention.

Isn't it funny how
now that you know,
it still hurts in

the end...

pause the film and start it over
from middle of the film
the beginning is in the past
and the ending is in the future
now is the only time we need
play it forward frame by frame
one
frame
at
a
time
in
a
mystic
ancient
rhyme
frame by frame goes slowly by
lose the rhythm and it fly
close your eyes and live your dream
instead of watching from the seats
ain't it funny how life changes
with the advent of something new
at how life colors from something blue
as it grows with some thing old
and comforts with something borrowed
so borrow me my dear though I'm new
I'll try to make the sunshine bright
and break the clouds on through
and though I'm old do not despair
I'll be there anytime, anyplace, anywhere

Ok, first I read Saxoness's, and thought 'Coolers...pretty good imagery there.' Then I read Desperado's reply, and thought 'Oh whoa....they should collaborate'
Singly, both are great, but together, phantasmally splendid. And that's all I have to say about that.

Yeah, it is pretty neat how they go together, isn't it
