(A dedication to Passions' wonderful authors!)

Weavers of words - how you play with our minds;
silken-tongued ribbons in honey entwined.

Artists of agony, throbbingly veined;
desolate hauntings, indelible pain.

Wrath of the warlords refueling the dark;
ecstasy leaping in sensuous sparks.

Hollow-stump echoes from roots of our past;
fairytale whispers on silver-etched glass.

Lifting us, twisting us, twirling our thoughts;
arrows of wisdom, Herculean knots.

Passions embraced in the curve of your arms,
stroked by Athena's illustrious charms.

This is wonderful....often, as the new members get used to all of the features of the site, let alone the authors of wonderful poetry, we wax poetic in thanks...

and this you've done quite well!  {Psst...why don't you send it as an E-card to Ron!?  I'll bet he'll appreciate it!)

Well said, indeed!  There is a very diverse gathering here, which makes it such a special place.  A great poem to a great house of poets!

For some reason "It takes one to know one" comes to mind.     Perhaps it is because you are yourself such a wonderful weaver of words that you can appreciate the many others found here.

To love another person is to see the face of God.

LaryALee~
I'd venture to say you're quite the weaver yourself.

This is a delightful presentation of tribute.
Thanks for sharing.

A wonderful weaving of words here.  This is a lovely tribute to the fine writers here at passions, you won't find a more friendly or encouraging enviroment than here at Passions.  Well done.  *s*

Enjoy life...this is NOT a dress rehearsal. *s*
