Soft whispers in the night haunt my dreams
Entwining like vines of moonlight beams.

They creep upon the velvet of my skin
Playing me like the strings of a violin

Painting the night with shadows of emotion
Upon ebony linens of sheer devotion

Silhouettes waltz, corridors of my mind
Dream scape of stars in your eyes I find

How did you find your way into my heart?
Hiding in the chambers when we are apart

Magically in the night sleeping beside me
Lips kissing like the shore kisses the sea

Lullaby whispers serenade the night
Behind mystic dreams of golden moonlight

A poem is never finished, only abandoned.

Victoria,
I love these soft caressing whispers. Beautifully penned.

Such beautiful whispers coming from you pen.  Loved the feeling behind this one much.
