"Lovemaking"

Soft glow of moon streams through open window
Exposing your silouette
The sheer beauty of you nearly takes my breath away
As I feel the pulse of my heart quicken

Slowly you awake
As our eyes meet in that one moment of time
Those pools of blue beckon me to come closer
A knowing smile spreads across your lips

I walk over to the bed
You reach your hand out to me
Joining next to you, our bodies touch
As skin meets skin, passions releasing

Our breathing and heartbeat become as one
Sounds of our lovemaking fill the night air
I stare deep in your eyes
As desire overcomes the two of us

Quietly afterwards we lay in one another's arms
Listening to your breathing
I fall asleep
Together we awake in love as the morning sun rises
