(Once again, my 'Inspiration' put this in my heart)

Far beyond the sand...to the rising sun over the horizon;
Your face shines in my eyes...the gentle ocean breeze whispers your name.
Brings back to me each memory...forever engraved in my thoughts.
Yellow and orange hues at the break of dawn...images of you dancing across my heart.

I couldn’t possibly see clearer than I do in this reverie.
Caught in just a moment’s time...my stare eternally entranced by your gaze...
The quality of your heart shines through me
And glistens in my eyes--of this i am certain.

The serenity of this morning...seagulls soaring in the distance...
I will lie here,
Incessantly reminded of the steadfast spirit residing in you.
The deep of the sea...the height of the heavens...
None compare to the refuge I have found in you...the haven of rest
You’ve bestowed upon me.

Nothing is beyond your ability;
You’ve entrusted me with your affection...I’ve hidden it here in me
To cherish for all of my days.
The ecstasy in your words blazes like the noonday sun...
The clouds in your smile illustrate the elation you hold.

The raging waves of the sea...the roaring thunder from the firmament...
Nothing will harm me while I’m in your safe keeping.
The cooling wind beneath the star-filled sky...the consoling pastel moon...
Greater things await me...you have my heart.
The night sky bids me adieu as you carry me home...
To the resting place of our sanctity.

Kris~

WOW!!! This is absolutely perfect...
written with your usual grace but you
have definitely stepped up your writing.
I am loving the effect your "inspiration"
is having on you. I only wish that I could
be around more to read your lovely work
(and others). time seems to be limiting
me these days   but this was truly
beautiful! brought such a sense of peace
and love to my heart. thanks for making
my first smile on this lovely Friday

Well kiddo........looks like your muse has found the path to imagery along with it's walk in love.  Excellent write from you my friend and now I am looking forward to more "IMAGERY" filled works from you.  Those are my favorite and now that you have given us such a superb piece to read we "EXPECT" it always. Now quit making faces and get to work.

Yes, m'friend...you're right.  I'm quite fortunate to have such a muse as I do...thank you for your kind reply, as you know I appreciate it, being I'm new at this imagery stuff....Expect it, huh?  Well, then, I'll have to stop being and get a-movin', won't I?  Thank you again, my dear friend.
